The main rules are this: 1. use a liught weight disc(110grams) with a blunt edge. 2. stand 15yards or 14m apart. 3. throw the disc as hard as you can at the other team the other team lines up finger tip to finger tip. once the disc is thrown the defense has to catch said disc... in one hand. look at the website www.gutsfrisbee.com we have some cool videos.... kinda. look at the usa v japan clips in the video section. if you're interested in playing/ learning the game drop me a line.
