Maybe you've just weekend the left wrist. Maybe you just need to leave it a little longer than 2weeks, and then start up again..hmm. I'm not sure though, i know fuck all about this stuff. |

| you can get wrist supports from sport shops. also you should go to your Doctor and he can see if you have fracture it etc. |

It sounds like you've weakened your wrists by the way your throwing hook punches it's a common problem for boxers, my wrists are fucked from karate. It's most likely the way your wrist is bent when you punch the bag. I really don't know how to explain it clearly in writing, but i'll try. Basically when you punch the bag a lot of people make the mistake of kind of bending there wrist a little this is particularly the case when your punching hand pads cause you punch through and end up glancing it rather than making solid contact. Next time you punch the bag watch what shape your wrist makes when making contact, when it's bent your constantly weakening it. |

| ask the head of your boxing thing if you really hurt your wrist you should not use it until it fully heels cause u cant box one handed ;) |
