i am on holiday from school right now and i thought this would be a perfect time to catch up on school work and get some stuff done.

i have a huge list i want to complete but i have like no motovation. i do very little in a day. usually i'll wake up and it will already be afternoon so most of the day is gone. then to make things worse it turns into evening in no time. i feel like the days are going to quickly. if i was to wake up early and start on my list i would probably do quite a lot done but i rly don't feel like it.

it's a really annoying situ. i know i need to do it but i can't.

From what you have said it sounds to me like at least in part your problem is routine. If you changed your routine by going to bed at a regular time say half 10 or 11 you would be able to get up earlier. By starting the day early on you are much more likely to accomplish at least some of your tasks. Once you've begun to accomplish something your attitude will surely change as well and should have a much more positive outlook on life.

Do you have a list in your head or one on paper? Making a list on paper and writing dates next to the activities and due dates may make you more inclined to complete them in a timely matter.
