I'm a girl, and I like the chase. I don't mind a guy to make the first move, but if he continues to be the only one making the moves, then I feel totally taken advantage of. And I hate it, and often won't like the guy. |

Me, unless I really like the girl. Sometimes, if the girl makes the first move and I totally don't expect it, I keep wondering if I'm only going out with her because she likes me and nothing else. But if it's my initiative, then I'm completely certain that I'm into her.

Its every guys dream that the HOT girl comes up to him and makes the first move, but lets me honest that hardly ever happens. So in reality, it would be great if I make the first move for the girl to give us some positive feedback. If you're not interested let us know, "I have to get back to my friends." This is an obvious, not interested, and most guys will take no offense. However, if you're interested just make a small comment like "I like your hair/t-shirt. If you REALLY want to impress a guy touch him on the arm. Touching someone (on the arm, or on the leg if you are sitting down) is a clear signal that you are interested. Nothing too forward obviously, but when a girl touches me, I KNOW that I'm gonna score. Most guys (that aren't ridiculously shy) are willing to make the first move, but aren't willing to be so persistent to make a fool of themselves. If you are interested, give him a sign so he gets the point.

I like it when its mutual. It's a tradition to have the guy always approach the girl, get her a drink, offer to help her with her books or whatever she's carrying, ask her phone number or offer his, go pick her up, take her to dinner, buy her stuff, send her flowers, etc. I like it when a girl does those things too which is almost impossible but there are some cultures out there (like Asia) where a girl doing all that for her guy is completely acceptable.

girl. Because if the girl does, there's no games. If the guy does, it's this whole stupid run around and it wastes time.

I don't like her to make the first move, but I do like that if she shows interest. It would make me feel more confident. But also, the chase is good too.

It's like pong. Either way the ball is going to either hit you in the face or go right over your head.

The girl. I feel like I'm pushing her if I start things off. I really don't want to do that. I can wait. If she really likes me she'll come to me. If you mean sexually, I guess it's the same answer, but if she wants to do it enough she'll come to me.
