So what do you all think I should do?

Try chatting with her on facebook to get to know her better if she doesnt have much time besides school and work. And ask her when she works so you can go see her and tell her in person that you like her and would like to get to know her and take her out on a date. Thats all you can do, and what do you really have to lose? Its just one girl... there are lots other ones out there and life is waaaay too short.
