I recently asked her if she seriously wants to hang out, cause if she dont, then i would just rather her tell me! She claims she been so busy, but this weekend she was free, yet, stood me up to go party! Should I talk to her?

So just give her a call and leave her a message (she'll probably ignore your call anyway) and make a STATEMENT about how rude it was of her to stand you up.
