I've hung out in her environment before, and im not stuck up or rich at all. But, it seems that she thinks i'm always so uptight, and that I should just live once in awhile. Im very down to earth, and like to have fun when I can, and i'm having trouble understanding what exactly is considered "living". She tells me that she will just drop it, but, i kno its gonna eat at me, and she will still be thinking bout it, what should I do?

I think you should ask her to be honest about it, since you want to make her happy.
