I am a 20 year old woman and I am often mistaken for being a little girl...like 15 or 16 at best.

People's mouths DROP when they find out I am in college.

I have kind of a chubby face.  I am very short, 5'1.  I have a semi-small body frame, but a little chub here or there.

What are some things I can do to make myself appear older?
Would short or long hair be best?
And what TYPE of makeup should I be wearing (I'm no good at putting on makeup)

Can i lose baby fat in my face through diet/excerise?

i have the same problem i'm 18 someone thought my senior portrait was of a 12 year old.....there isn't much you can do other than dressing your age and getting a mature hair cut

Try dressing a little more maturely, try a more "womanly" hair style. Losing weight will help, yes.

Dress older. Shop in stores for older women. Maybe change your haircut. Don't wear crazy amounts of makeup.

Well, I'd make sure you wear kind of professional clothes, like pants, nicer skirts, not teenage clothes like mini-skirts. Wear make-up that's not too noticable, or you'll seem younger. And when you lose weight, the first place you lose it is your face, so yes, you would.
