I applied for a stafford loan on sept. 18 and I completed the stafford loan workshop, so what do i do now? It says "Your school has been notified that you have completed your counseling requirements" so should i just wait? Will they contact me?

Please only respond if you know what I'm talking about.

"Your lender will disburse your Stafford Loan funds directly to your school in two installments - usually in the fall and winter semesters. Your loan money will be used to pay your tuition and fees. If you have funds left over, your school will credit your account or pay you directly based on your school's policy." I would give it a few more days. If you don't receive a e-mail or phone call or anything then I would contact the Financial Aid office and ask them what you should do. They would probably have the best information on that. If they don't then the next people would most likely be the Student Accounts office.  Here are some F.A.Q. I found on their website that you might be interested in: http://www.staffordloan.com/stafford-loan-info/stafford_faq.php

How do you apply for that?

I applied for it from my school website. I assume they have a website, staffordloan.com or something
