Replies rejectedcherries Posted at 4:02 am on Nov. 2, 2007 I just moved to Wisconsin 2 weeks before college started so they told me i wouldn't be able to get financial aid because of this fund i've had since i was born. They considered where i moved from in Michigan to be out of state. Well now that fund is dried up so hopefully i can apply for next semester. Its really funny though how my boyfriend (who goes to the college RIGHT NEXT DOOR to mine), was considered in state.
