| Well, I personally never handled it myself as the state sent it to the school. I don't even handle loans either- the school does. But if there was extra money there, the school would reimburse the money my way, I'm pretty sure. If you're wandering about books and living expenses, it's usually up to you to figure out. I reccommend getting a small part time job or at least one at the school you're going to (they tend to work with your schedule best). |
