They may have another system set up, or a special grant or waver allowing you to still attend. kdc824 Posted at 11:24 am on Dec. 12, 2007 If you owe the school itself money, like in unpaid fees, you'll have to pay those back first.  If you have outstanding student loans, you can take out more loans, up to the federal maximum, and get a deferment on the payback of your existing loans.
