Alright so i've been accepted into my college of choice a while ago, and now i'm starting to get these awards, and loans for next year and I don't know whether I should accept them or not.

I guess my confusion is in the option.  Why would anyone decline free money?  There must be something going on here if they give you the option to decline, or except partial amount.

Does anyone know about these:

Federal College Work Study $1,000
Federal Perkins Loan $2,000
Federal Parent PLUS loan ESTIMATE $7,176
Federal Direct loan Sub fall/winter $3,500

A grant is a non repayable denomination. A loan is repayable.

So i'd have to look into these loans to check the interest rates, and whether or not I have to pay while attending college?

I'd think so. Definitely don't just blindly apply for them.
