I am a new RA and training begins in 2 weeks.  Do you think it's safe to say most people will stick with the job and no one wil leave? Or is it common for people to leave this close to the time school starts?

All you need is to go apply, get the interview, and if they need someone, apply the right standards, and you're pretty much guaranteed the job.
