I'm willing to offer to try to help (I was an RA as well), but since I have no idea what you're having an issue with I don't know if I'd be able to help. Too many RA's either patrol the halls like a Nazi or --on the other side of things--ignore freshman or equally immature upperclassman running rampant (often literally) down the halls. There has to be a happy medium there somewhere." "One of my best friends was an RA on my floor my first year. If there's one thing I learned from her it's that you need to actually be at least on friendly terms with the people on your floor/in your area. Otherwise, they can make your life a living hell.
