Now That I'm in college, people keep telling me that nothing matters besides your GPA and I don't know how to switch gears. I just finished my second year and it's really getting to me that I'm not doing more than taking classes. It seems like people I know are getting internships, jobs, and leadership positions. Is that still important? I'm determined to do well academically in order to get into law school, but are there other things I can/should do to guarrantee it the way I did before?
So yes, internships, jobs, and leadership activities are still important. Just find a healthy balance.
