Replies Kayling Posted at 9:31 pm on Dec. 22, 2006 Residence Hall Association (for peeps who live in the dorm, they plan activities for all the on-campus residents), and UPC, the University Program Council. They have a bunch of different committees that bring different things to campus, like free movies, concerts, speakers and comedians, battle of the bands, open mic night, etc. I'm asst on the publicity committee, our job is to make sure everyone on campus knows all the stuff that the other committees are doing.
