The difference, is that during a war, production is extremely high, meaning more jobs. Keynesian economics screws us, b/c they're taking money from us, then giving it right back, when no one has jobs to pay taxes in to begin with. During a depression anyway. The market will always fix itself, because the market is not stupid.
