Replies penguincube Posted at 4:46 pm on Feb. 24, 2008 You didn't really mention how much time the training would take up.  Try to factor it in to a hypothetical weekly schedule of yours, and see if you would have enough time for it.  Your workload is fairly packed as it is, but there is still room in there for other things if you really want to apply yourself, and this program does seem to have benefits.   Unless you are sure that you are not able to fit it into your schedule without going crazy, I say go for it.  I interviewed for a peer advisor position at my university recently but did not make it (there was a lot of competition), but it is something I would have liked to done and you would probably enjoy it. babycitrus69 Posted at 2:06 pm on Feb. 10, 2008 I work two jobs.. about 30 hours a week. I have 5 classes:  the first four are psychology; Research methods, computer applications, biopsychology, history of psych and philosophy. I am doing a Psych Major. I understand how overwhelming school is, but if you think that it's a good experience, you should look into it. It's probably not that much time in a week to do, and you could always cut back on your work hours if need be. Just look at it this way: the sacrafices you make now, will be the benefits of the future. All 2 previous replies displayed.
