Could that negatively affect how the interviewer sees you> ?  Meaning you might judge your residents or be out to bust people for underages??

I would say to make sure you temper it with an understanding of the fact that you are dealing with adults, and that you have to be ...gracious. During my interview, they gave a lot of scenarios, and I had to walk them through exactly what I'd do.
