If anyone here is an RA and has experience, pelase help me out.

I know a kid who applied to be an RA, tho he hasn't gotten the job as of yet (he will if spots open up later).  But he is very against drinking and does not th8ink people should put alcohol in their bodies cause it's harmful, etc.

As an RA, do you think that this strong opinion could possibly affect how much he busts people for alcohol and being drunk?

Of course it would, so I'd seriously consider either moving location (ie into different halls) or getting someone else to run against him.

Maybe but if your campus is a dry campus, that's a good thing.

If it's not, he should just stick to busting underage drinkers. If he doesn't, talk to the RD.
