me and my current girlfriend have been having sex for 2 years and in that time i haven't been able to get her to orgasm in large part due to my extreme problem with premature ejaculation. for some reason i have never been able to last in bed, no matter what i do, i try masturbating before sex and stuff but nothing i have done has been able to keep me from finishing too soon. i'd say i normally last 20 seconds to a minute, unless its the first time, then i will normally cum within a few thrusts.

I feel really bad that i cant last longer and get her to enjoy sex, but she has been so sweet about it, she doesn't mention it or complain about it like prior girlfriends have. its not like my last girlfriend who told all of her friends about it and i ended up being the butt of all of my schools jokes for my entire senior year of high school. my girlfriend being so awesome about it really makes me want to do better for her but i feel like ive tried everything and nothing works, help!

eat pussy. if you do good, she will looove it. it may take a few times to perfect it. I always make my girl get off by eating her out first, then sexin her up and getiing her there again

don't concentrate too much on the sex, think off other things and also talk dirty while having sex. Switch positions to decease sensitivity. Use your fingers on her G - SPOT.

Do lots of foreplay. Me and my boyfriend have that problem, I have never had an orgasm because he lasts only about 10-15 minutes. Also go to the doctor, He/She should find ways for you to over-come this. =)

Wow i would love to last for 10-15 mins, im sorry but i don't think that qualifies as premature ejaculation, not when there are people like me who can't even last a minute

If all else fails, apparently cocaine numbs quite well

Really? Cool.

Sexual foreplay.

ur best to speak to a doctor, awkward, but htere are sometimes medical reasons behind these things, so its best to see how they can help u.

Try an extra condom. I think theres a lube that numbs a little too. If all else fails, apparently cocaine numbs quite well

You don't need to use your penis. There are plenty of other ways to pleasure her - in fact, the majority of women don't orgasm directly due to a penis.

Well... if you cant fix them problem... try and do it another way spend a lot of time with your head between her thighs?
