my best mates mum passed away yesterday

i dont know what to say or do she is just so cut up about it........

she was like another mum to me...

the best thing you can do is to be there for them. I lost my godmother last year in a car accident along with a friend of mine. it was so hard to face her blood family which i consider my brothers and sister. it was very hard and i knew how it felt cuz i lost my dad when i was 12. The best thing to do, is just be there for them and let them know you are there for them no matter what.

There's not really a lot you can say in this situation.
My cousin lost her mom a few months ago and, trust me, not much can make them feel better.
Just remind your friend you're there for her, and that she'll see her mom again someday. :]
Hope things get better.
