| I had a hydrocele in HS from a sports injury, but the hydrocele itself wasn't painfall. Try wearing boxer briefs for a few days instead of boxers. It'll keep your balls from hanging as much throughout the day and that might help a bit. |

| You may have a hydrocele or varicele of the scrotum - don't wear tight jeans. Does it happen when you're on your feet a lot? See your doctor, but don't panic(it's probably not anything serious), they can help you figure it out. |
