Sometimes, once in a while, my balls start aching and I think it's blue balls. However, it wasn't as if I was with a girl or particularly aroused at the time. It sucks, especially if you're studying or reading a book for class, b/c the dull pain is so distracting, and you try to find ways to contort your body to get rid of the aching.

You're right. My mistake.

It'd be funny if they were pink balls!

May not be blue balls.  I would want to know if there were other things going on that were causing the pain.  Suggest you see a doc and ease your mind.

There is no such thing as "blue balls."

Oh really, now?

I had a hydrocele in HS from a sports injury, but the hydrocele itself wasn't painfall.  Try wearing boxer briefs for a few days instead of boxers.  It'll keep your balls from hanging as much throughout the day and that might help a bit.

You may have a hydrocele or varicele of the scrotum - don't wear tight jeans. Does it happen when you're on your feet a lot? See your doctor, but don't panic(it's probably not anything serious), they can help you figure it out.
