It would be stupid to say you havent had sex when you have....they can see if your hymen is still intact. Although I did lie to my regular physician, because there was no reason she needed to know, and I was 16 and it would have resulted in a lecture.
But a hymen that is no longer intact means nothing. It can be broken other ways.
True but Im willing to bet that more often than not it's broken during intercourse. |

| It would be stupid to lie about that. It's not like she's going to tell someone or lecture you about it. She's there to help. |

Is it common for a girl to visit a gynecolegist? Just out of curiosity.
Yes. You're supposed to go at least once a year after you become sexually active and/or you turn 18, whichever comes first. |

| I've never been to one yet. I don't know why I would lie about it, either. |

Never been. Do they have a male counterpart to the gyno? I mean, I know they have urologists, but guys don't need to start seeing them until they're what..30s? 40s? I guess it's easier because their "equipment" is on the outside.
There isn't |

| It would be dumb because they cant help you if you dont let them help you. Otherwise you are paying for nothing. And if you have had sex and you tell them you havent they might not notice something or test you for STDs or something.... |

No, because it can only hurt me to lie. Obviously, I went there for my health, so why would I lie? |

| I don't lie to my gynecologist. I don't see a purpose in doing so. |
