You loose weight since you're not eating. But at the same time, NOT sleeping for a very long time will cause you to loose weight since your body is stealing energy and nutrients to keep you awake. |

| Your body uses up low amounts of fat/calories in your body during sleep. If you had no calories left from the previous day, your body would burn up fat to sustain life. |
