| NOT when the damn semester starts because everyone else who wants these books will be trying to outbid each other or snatching remaining copies. It's good to find out your reading list early on and buy the books before everyone else. |

| after a semester or during a semester when said course isn't in high demand like you know some courses only are spring or fall. And sometimes amount of availible seats decline so less demand |
