CSU is where I'm going (this fall, transferring from FRCC with an associate's so I'm guarenteed admission), so I'm obviously partial to it. Boulder has a nicer community, but it's also MUCH more expensive. CSU isn't really far behind boulder on the community side (though more so on the town layout), and it's considerably cheaper.
