Replies confuzion Posted at 7:10 pm on Oct. 9, 2008 wait... i ended up reading it anyway... ok, the poem is about how things come and go, how summer is fading, as beauty fades... Therefore your question is answered by saying what I have already said, and also the fact that she is saying that summer is changing and will soon be gone, and this is why it is foreign to her.
