And we definitely don't take any precautions lol, I JUST finished a 6 day bender yesterday, and throughout the whole thing we slept on average like 3-5 hours a night and drank hardly anything but alcohol... pretty much no water whatsoever. Ate when we had a chance, and besides that just partied hard. Your body is tougher than you think it is. Of course, I had a terrible hangover on the last day! Every night, drink down a teaspoon of that and a pinch of regular salt with as much water as you can drink and you'll never get hung over. NoSalt is mostly potassium chloride and the salt is sodium chloride. These are major the electrolytes that get flushed down the toilet when you drink. Potassium chloride is very bitter, but it's possible to get used to it. You may also want to buy a mineral supplement containing magnesium and calcium and take that with the water.
