but usually I only drink this much when I don't have anything going on for a few days afterwards--like vacations or long weekends. I'm usually fine with just a few drinks but something got into me last night and I just kept drinking.
What should I do? What kind of food should I eat? Soup? Toast? Just keep drinking water?
Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. Eat foods like bread and very obsorbant foods to they soak the alcohol, but you wouldnt think there would be alcohol left in your system still?? Make sure you eat a good healthy breakfast before track so you get all the right carbs to keep your strength up. If you still feel like shit, id see a dr just incase something was put into your drinks that night.

i don't feel to well after stoping drinking at 4am this morning but just eat something light but solid food as you don't want to overdue it.
