Is there always something to do on thursday, friday, and saturday night? Are the majority of parties frat parties, unless you are friends with the people? Also, how long did it take you to make some friends when you were a freshmen.

DO NOT ANSWER IF YOU ARE NOT IN COLLEGE

thanks

Why Thursday? If you're up for anything, then yes there are things to do.
Not all colleges have frats, mine doesn't, so all of ours are just normal people. It's just like high school, you go to the parties of the people you know.
I pretty much make friends with at least one person from most of my classes, but in college most friendships aren't so serious, they usually don't last after the semester is over unless you have more classes with them. The only people you might really make a strong bond with is your roommates, if you're going to have any.

There's something to do 7 nights a week.  Parties all over campus and the city, not just at frat homes.

I had new friends before the semester started, and met a lot of them during orientation.
