You will cough, No doubt. snowfish Posted at 3:39 pm on Jan. 17, 2008 hookah is very smooth, usually fruit or flower flavored tobacco. Smoking it gives a head rush and is pretty damn pleasant. Make sure you drink water though, it can dehydrate you if you're smoking for a long time. It's debated whether it is better or not for you than cigs, I personally think it is because rather than burning tobacco and breathing in the burning material, Shisha has the coals above it, so it never reaches such high temperatures and releases less carcinogens. Shisha is the most amazing thing ever. And it's a hell of a lot cheaper than cigarettes...not to mention healthier [at least from what i've heard.] and much less addicting. Go for it!
