I really want to quit this job I'm at, I have my two weeks notice letter written up and have already put in about 15 job applications to other places just in the past few days. If I commit myself full time to my job search would I be likely to find a replacement within a few weeks, or should I just wait until I'm sure I have something to give them the notice that I'm leaving. I really don't want to be unemployed.

it really all depends but you have to make sure the job you apply four is something you like

You should NOT quit until you have another job; big mistake. Though if you have turned in that many applications, I would remain optimistic.
