They were really short handed this past spring, and me and a few friends applied. Three of us (myself included) all got interviews. In fact, we got like four interviews. Every time I called, they just scheduled another interview! I finally gave up. One person (who I didnt realize had applied) told me that they got interviewed five times before they finally offered them the job! On top of that, it seemed like the pay was shitty ($5.85, Indiana minimum) and the people there were asses. wow, i know a few people who work there and have gotten hired on the spot. 8$ an hour too Whats your minimum wage though? But yeah, its retarded. I should have kept with it, I could have used the job. 5 something i think maybe 6

Ah
I figured you had a higher minimum than we did, hence why people got paid more. I guess not though.
What part of the sales floor? Front cash registers, Electronics, or one of the people that just walks around cleaning things up and helping guests?

Not sure. I'm guessing cleaning and helping guests. She did say something about the food area. I dunno.

Because when I went to get my drug test, there were tons of people there who were all just hired for target, so maybe I got lucky. The pay isn't great at all but they say there are lots of promotion opportunities.

I worked there. What position did you apply there? The store I worked at was really into their HR department, and encouraged the employees to speak their minds regarding the store and the company. I'ts definately one of the better corporations I've worked for.
