hey, im thinking between prelaw or investment banking.

i got accepted by columbia university in new york city, but the tuition costs are insane.....but i was wondering about investment banking?

i know i-bankers in general make about 70k average....but what about the really good ones?  do really good i-bankers make 6-figure or 7-figure digits?  do ibanking really have a future?  i want to know, because i want to know if the tuition costs will be worth it.
