If you are still attending college, you can try the CoOperative Education program.  They hire college students to work in their field of study for 3 school terms.  It's a great way to get work experience in your field.

If you are out of college, ask around at local businesses you would like to work for if they offer internships.

If that doesn't work, you may need to just start at the bottom and work your way up, as BBallAsh has said.  Everyone has to start somewhere.

You will have to start at the bottom and move up.

Try getting into a tech support position if you want to do IT.  Any experience is better than nothing at all.
