I'm going to be really close to home but I'm still scared. My room mate is 4 years older than me and has lived in the dorm all summer. Will there be somewhere that I can go to help me pick my major? Is there usually a counselor on campus?

JudeLaurence Posted at 3:02 pm on Aug. 16, 2008 All students usually get an academic advisor.  Your advisor (usually) will have experience in your specific department.  Since you don't have a major yet, you will probably get someone who has experience in a major-exploration capacity.
