i am about 5 pounds lighter since ive came to college. And i havent done anything differently.
exceot wll i have long walks to my classes but.

I didn't gain the fifteen. I lost it.

It's all a bunch of crap, the statistics. If you don't eat like a pig, you won't gain the weight. Fact. Who the fuck cares what everyone else does? Eat what you want, and fuck what others do.

it's actually about 4-7 pounds studies have shown.  Eat healthy and join intramurals. That's what I did.. I play on a dodgeball and soccer team for fun.

If you cook your own food instead of eating pizza and fast food all the time, and if you get as much sleep as you do now, then you won't have to worry about it.

Pretty much try to stick to the eating and sleeping habits that you had before you started college. It's what your body's used to.

Join an inter mural sport, run in the morning, eat some healthy food, work out, don't be lazy, etc.
