there are many different methods that can help you pass your class.
you can either form study groups with your friends, find a tutor, or simply approach the teacher and ask for some one-on-one help.
i understand that you may not be so fond of your teacher and her methods, but this is the way life works. you're not going to be pleased every single day of your life, sometimes you're just going to have deal with crap like this.

Talk to the teacher about it and see if there's anything she can do that may help you out. Just explain to her that you're not very sure on how to handle her class. See if she can help you out or even might be able to find a tutor for the class.

If nothing seems to work out... I would highly recommend dropping it or risk failing the class and retaking it.

Study. There's no other way around it.

You can always make up the work.

What is the problem specifically? Only the fact that she doesn't teach well?

Then study on your own or get a tutor.

You could bribe her with sexual favor, or do something completely unbelievable and do your work.

Erm...

speak to her after class? seek extra help? stop missing work?
