So happy, energetic and full of life, used to never let things get to me and generally just love life. I don't know whats changed but now my confidence is at rock bottom. I do the same things, partys with friends, shopping, gigs etc but i'm not the person i used to be. I feel as though everyones better than me. I have a gig tommorow, i wanna go back to my old ways, how?

everyone experiences "down time", sometimes these phases last longer than desired.

you should really try letting someone know about your feelings though, perhaps you'll even find someone who understands.

besides, the idea that someone's better than you is completely redundant. sure, some people know how to do certain things that you may not know, but this doesn't mean they're better than you. never doubt your abilities and always have confidence.

going back to your old ways is simple, you just need to put in the effort.

Don't expect it to happen spontaneously.
The amount of work you put into maintaining confidence, self-esteem, and stamina is up to you.

Also, try getting support from friends, you've already mentioned that you have them, so put 'em to good use!

i wish you the best of luck, and know that i understand, for i have been through the same situation.
