Even though were only in middle school it is still important to do. But, anyways I was thinking about putting down Stanford School of Medicine for my college (I want to be a surgeon). So, anyone on here go to Stanford or have any experience with the campus and whatnot?

Stanford medical school is a very good one. Many of my friend's parents are doctors in Stanford Hospital and they are great people. Their medical program is definitely one of the top in the world. Just a note about applying to Stanford, a 4.0 GPA and a perfect SAT/ACT score will not guarantee an admission; in fact, most of the people applying there have that. You need to win some awards or published some science papers (YES! people in HS can publish papers!) to move you up a notch.   Once you're in though, the classes are insanely easy. The cutoff point for an A is usually BELOW a Standard Deviation above average. So yeah, you get to enjoy a solid grade inflation. I don't go there, but definitely keep your grades up, and try to become involved in a lot of activities you like in leadership positions, and especially a varsity sport of some kind. It's ridiculously hard to get into.
