Please try to understand cause it's confusing.

Whenever i make a mistake in my social life, I usually get bad thoughts in my head & become miserable.

Sometimes, I don't want to put the energy to get out of being miserable.

I make myself happy and start being my normal self the next day or the next couple of days.

Will I get over this though? lol

sounds like an early onset of depression. the lack of energy put forward to fix the situation points me in that direction. just try to not take things too hard and enjoy life. think positive and have confidence in yourself.
