I've been seeming to anxiety attacks more and more; especially this past week. I'm stressed at college which that could have alot to do with it. I have a big project due on Friday and finals next week.

I'm just so unfocused. I know all of these things I have to get done but I can't seem to calm down enough to sit down and accomplish them. We were reviewing for a final in my last class and I almost starting crying because I'm worried about the exam and it's a subject I'm terrible at. That would be embarrasing to randomly just start crying in class. He didn't even call on me to answer anything!

What should I do? I need to settle down. This happened last semester and I ended up failing two exams. I passed my classes though as I'm a pretty good student and did well enough throughout the semester. I'm trying to calm down before my next class just sitting with my computer listening to music. The past few days I've been taking naps or going to bed early in general since I wasn't accomplishing anything. But when I do this I almost sleep too much. For example, I went to be early and got 9 hours of sleep. But I also took a two hour nap. 11 of sleep in a day in uneccesary. When I'm stressed it really wears me out though.

I have an appointment at a clinic with a psychologist in a few weeks since I'm having problems dealing with stress and anxiety. I already see a counselor at the college's counseling center; but she's referred me to an actual medical clinic now.
