I can't breathe and feel so nervous I shake.
Anyways, those symptoms are no different from the ones people have when they're nervous. Just watch someone when they get up to speak in front of a crowd, watch their hands - they're shaking. Their heart is also beating faster than normal which makes it hard to breathe. It sounds to me like you're just nervous, I've never heard of someone having a panic attack when around one particular person for no reason/just because they're popular. I have, however, seen people get nervous. But maybe I'm wrong. |

| Well he scares me because he's popular and I am the flowers on the wallpaper. I'm afraid he'll make me talk to someone I don't want to or talk to everyone in school that he knows about what a creep I am. |

| It's a logical question to ask, everyone says they have panic attacks anymore and yet few of them have been diagnosed. How am I to know you're not confusing nervousness with having a panic attack? |

Are you sure they're actual panic attacks?
Why would you doubt that? I can't breathe and feel so nervous I shake. |
