i was waiting for some1 to make this comment. Science, or Philosophy is man's love of knowledge. Its obvious man wants to know how all things work, including god's work, in a way they will understand. even i can't deny that, but you just can't explain many things through science, no matter how hard you try. That's why evolution is a theory, and not a fact. b/c they're no even sure, its just accepted by many b/c it seems like the most reasonable thing.
First of all, from the fact that science hasn't unraveled all of the mysteries of the universe it definitely does not follow that it cannot. Second, I am stunned by your logic here. Since evolution can't be solidly, completely proven, it isn't true? Well, alright, I'll accept that. Skepticism is healthy in moderation. But then, for you to put all of your faith into a being whose theory of existence is even more sketchy than evolution, it just baffles me how insanely hypocritical that is.

Personally, I love that science is finding out how the wondrous works of God came about. i was waiting for some1 to make this comment. Science, or Philosophy is man's love of knowledge. evolution just has more (of what seems like true facts).
or is he just trolling?
The amount of stupidity in his posts is beyond measurability.

Those 'feelings' are a result of chemical impalances in your brain, or religous brainwashing (causing chemical imbalances in your brain). Anyway, I do not think I am trying too hard to make life seem meaningless, I wrong one sentence about it. I was referring to the fact that this life of yours and mine will have no impact on the universe. it won't change an orbit, it wont keep 2 planets from colliding, etc. compared to the universe, we are less than grains of sand. Also, unless you are a future assasin or late blooming super genious, i doubt you or I will have any lasting effect on this planet. Sure, we can live our lives happily, as everyone should. and people will mour your death, you did impact some people. but the fact is, you are buried 6 feet underground and when you die the earthworms will eat you and turn you into soil. natural ways of life->death->dirt.

well said.
wouldn't that defeat the point of this thread? but i'm all for it. let us let this troll topic die the slow death of losing front page ness
it's already done.
i agree completly. But anyway, creationism is silly (now that we reached an understanding, i had to take it back)
lets just believe what we want
might as well make the best of it then.

prove the bible is real an not just a book written of folk tales. no one can prove anything, atleast science has some proof behind it
Hell yeah
