Life leads to suffering in one way or another, this is Noble Truth 1.
Suffering is caused by craving or attachments to worldly items this is the Second Noble Truth.
The Suffering ends when the craving ends, when you are free from your desires, this is the Third Noble Truth.
Reaching this state where you are free from this desire is acheivable by following the path laid out by the Buddha, this is the fourth Noble Truth.
