The Worship of the Sun = The God of today

It's true that many of the traditions and rituals in Christianity are similar to those of the pagans.

Why you ask? Because early Christians were pagan converts and things that were done had to be something that other pagans could relate to so that they would also convert.

It's kind of like this. You own your business for 10 years, then you close it. After a month or so you get bored and go work for someone else doing the exact same thing. You will be much more likely to be successful if your employer allows you to do things like you used to instead of making you conform to their ways.

So some of what you claim is true. However, the worship of the sun and the worship of God are two totally different things.

The sun is a symbol of God, revealed to the pagans, but God Himself is above all created things.
