Why do you follow that religion? How did you come to follow that religion? If athiest or agnostic, how did you arrive at your position? And will a mod please sticky this? As for me, I am strongly considering adopting Buddhism as a religion and forming a electic individual spiritual path. I was an athiest for a time, then an agnostic, and finally I am a believer. In what, I have absolutely no idea. I am considering following Buddhism because it appeals greatly to me, and it's premise (the world is fundamentally based on suffering) appeals to me greatly. GO!

I just do some Chaos magic. ippahp Posted at 8:50 pm on Sep. 6, 2011 I was raised in a christian home, and we went to church regularly.  I now go to a christian college.  The more I have studied the Bible in school, the less and less I believed.  I now consider myself an atheist.  The bible is full of medieval ideas and contradictions in my opinion, and makes a lot of people very closed minded and judgmental. From what I have observed, the "christians" who aren't closed minded and judgmental tend to be the people that don't actually follow god or study the bible, but instead claim it as their religion by default, something I find even more disturbing. absolutexmayhem Posted at 11:02 pm on Aug. 28, 2011 I'm Wicca, and I follow that religion simply because it feels right to me. I don't want to hurt others, and Wicca drew me in because they don't beat non-Wiccans about the head with brooms and cauldrons chanting for them to join the ranks. That would be scary. Really, really scary. And I'm not saying that there aren't some that do that, but I definitely have not run into any that do so. I came to this religion b/ my father has been a Pastor since he was 19 years old in Cuba & he has been Pastoring our church in Florida for 19 years. They have never pressured me to believe what they believe, I have chosen to be a follower of Christ due to the many account I have seen that have proven to me that God is real.
