Replies USCGstud Posted at 8:48 pm on Aug. 10, 2008 Ur welcome into our Church to pray and part take, but when it come to the receiving the Body & Blood of Christ we ask that you don't until we welcome you into our Faith, we don't want someone to disgrade Christ without FULLY knowing how and who He is and the Faith and grace He shares with us. wOlF Posted at 8:04 pm on Aug. 26, 2006 The churches' doors are always open to anyone willing to listen.  Go on in and take a seat and pray if thats what you'd like. I am a protestant, (specifically Presbyterian) and as apart of my Confirmation I was to listen to another church service to try and open my mind.  Some of my friends went to Mormon and Islam churches.  I went to a local Catholic church.  It was different than what I was used to (that was the point of the whole lesson) with all the ups and downs, but it was a very meaningful sermon that taught me some very good lessons. Afterwards, I talked with the priest with my mentor, who thought it was a very good thing that we were doing.  We all believe that Christ is our savior even though we have our petty differences.  You should be welcome in any church that you wanted to. Beware though, some religions do have their rules.  If you went to a Catholic church and are not catholic, you can't take communion. We don't check ID at the door to see if you're in the club. Come on in! The official stance is, I believe, we welome other denominations. Just don't participate in the Eucharist unless you're Anglican. There might be others that are close enough for government work, but Anglicans I am aware of.
